These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GCast mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
GCast lets you cast mobile games from your phone to a TV, laptop, tablet, or other screen, with optional overlays, multiplayer features, and AI-enhanced functionality. The Service may evolve over time, and we may add, change, or remove features at our discretion.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by applicable law.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
GCast is a casting and screen-sharing tool. The games and applications you cast through the Service are owned by their respective publishers and developers. GCast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless expressly stated.
Your use of third-party games and applications remains subject to their own terms and licenses. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with those terms.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by GCast and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the Service to you.
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate tips, insights, or other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on it as professional advice of any kind.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, game, or network configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCast and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and on gcast.app, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
